Q:What is shoppingcarts2yourdoor.com return policy?

A: We offer exchanges only to items received that are damaged, broken or incorrect. All items maybe be returned within 5 days with prior authorization. Refunds will be issued less all shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee. These exchanges must be made within 5 days of the item received.
Due to industry standards we do not offer refunds or store credits of any kind.

Q:What if the merchandise I ordered arrived damaged during shipping?

A:In cases where merchandise arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item and take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return. Please contact us within 3 days of the receipt of your damaged package. Please call us at 631-472-0199 arrange for a replacement item.

Q:How do I place an order on-line?

A: Browse through our products by clicking on the buttons at the top of the page. When you see an item you are interested in purchasing, simply click on the image or the underlined description. This will pull up the enlarged close-up, product detail and price of the item. Click on the "Add to Shopping Bag" button to add this item to your shopping cart. Click on the "View Cart" button to review your entire order. Proceed through check-out as directed.


Q:How long can I expect delivery to take?

A:Your order will be filled as promptly as possible. Please allow 7 business days to receive your order. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.

Q:What are my shipping options?

A:All orders are shipped via Fedex which takes 4-7 business days. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, Military, Alaska, Hawaii, International.

A:Once the order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
